Initial Ayurvedic Consultation
This consultation is designed for you to connect with the Ayurvedic Practitioner in order to learn as much as possible about your current state of health, diet and lifestyle, relevant lab results, and health history. During this time, your Ayurvedic Practitioner will perform assessment and analysis of your pulse, tongue, and nails. Your Ayurvedic Practitioner will work with you to understand your health through an Ayurvedic and Functional Nutrition lens, addressing immediate needs with their considerations. Typically, the meeting lasts about 90 minutes to allow time for a thorough intake assessment. Please select Initial Ayurvedic Consultation if it has been longer than a year since your last consultation.

Follow Up Ayurvedic Consultation
This consultation is designed for you and the Ayurvedic Practitioner to revisit your diet and lifestyle habits since the initial consultation. During this time, your Ayurvedic Practitioner will perform assessment and analysis of your pulse, tongue, and nails. Your Ayurvedic Practitioner will work with you on your primary health concerns, expand upon prior education through an Ayurvedic and Functional Nutrition lens, and offer additional considerations for optimal health. Please select Initial Ayurvedic Consultation instead if it has been longer than a year since your last consultation.

AyurYoga® Group Classes
These classes focus on improving the flow of prana in the body and the mind with emphasis on Ayurvedic principles. Each class includes asana, pranayama, and meditation. Classes may also include additional Ayurvedic practices, such as marma, mudra, and mantra.

AyurYoga® Consultation
This consultation includes a mini Ayurvedic consultation and offers education and insight to improved wellness through an Ayurvedic lens. The consultation focuses on your personal wellness goals while improving the flow of prana in the body and the mind. You receive an individualized AyurYoga® protocol for daily practice.

Educational Workshops
These workshops offer education and insight to improved wellness through an Ayurvedic and Functional Nutrition lens.
