Upon booking, you will be asked to complete intake paperwork to give us insight on your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals.

You see our Ayurvedic Practitioner in-person or online for your 90-minute consultation and health analysis of the tongue, nails, and pulse. You get to learn about your constitution, current state of health, and receive a personalized plan with steps you can take today to achieve your wellness goals.
