FREE Weekly Meditation Class
Come meditate with us! Enjoy an evening of meditation every Friday from 6PM to 6:45PM at Embody Yoga. Meditation class is free and open to all who are interested in learning new techniques and experiencing the benefits of meditation. No registration necessary.
Class may include stretches, chanting, breath work, and other techniques to still the mind. Come to unwind. Come for community. Develop your own at-home practice. Or just come for the vibes.
Meditation is moment-to-moment awareness. It is the practice of quieting the mind and observing the breath. Meditation should go with you and flow with you in each moment of the day.

Intro to AyurYoga® Series
Join us with Embody Yoga for our new program where holistic medicine meets yoga! In this Yoga series, we will be implementing Ayurvedic wellness principles to support strong healthy digestion, stabilize energy levels, and much more. Come learn how Ayurveda addresses this through yoga! Ayurveda teaches us how to live a long, healthy life according to the time of day, season, and the needs of the individual.
Class is open to beginners and yogis of all levels. Class will include breath work, movement (asanas), and meditation. Register here!

Intro to Ayurveda
Do you want to learn about the fundamentals of Ayurveda? This workshop will introduce you to the basics of Ayurveda. Learn about topics such as the philosophy of Ayurveda, the panchamahabhutas (elements), the gunas (qualities), and more. This workshop is free to attend and virtual via Zoom.
